ILS Manager / Specialist Life Cycle Support (m/f/d)

As a key player in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), you will ensure the operational readiness and lifecycle support of complex defense systems and act as the interface between engineering, project management, and the client. Your responsibilities include planning, managing, and controlling ILS elements, as well as implementing LSA management throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will create and implement technical-logistical concepts, reports, and operational and command and control plans. You will continuously maintain logistics databases, conduct analyses, and ensure data quality. You will manage and quality control downstream functional areas such as technical writing, engineering, and quality assurance. You will provide technical support during the bidding process and represent the results to project management, partners, and authorities.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich ILS/LSA im Verteidigungs- oder Sicherheitsumfeld

• Fundierte Praxiskenntnisse im Maschinen-, Flugzeug- oder Schiffbau bzw. in der Elektrotechnik

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Analytische Denkweise, souveränes Auftreten bei Kunden und Behörden sowie Flexibilität für gelegentliche Dienstreisen
