Responsibilities

• IMDS-Verwaltung: Eigenverantwortliche Prüfung, Freigabe und Verwaltung von Material‑Datenblättern (MDBs) im International Material Data System (IMDS) gemäß VDA- und OEM‑Vorgaben.
• Lieferantenmanagement: Anforderung, Nachverfolgung und Plausibilitätsprüfung von Eingaben externer Lieferanten im Rahmen der PPAP Freigabe.
• Material Compliance: Überwachung der Einhaltung kundenbezogener sowie gesetzlicher Richtlinien (wie REACH, RoHS, POP, TSCA).
• Kundenkorrespondenz: Ansprechpartner für Kunden bezüglich MDB-Freigaben, Schnittstellenabstimmung und Einspruchsbearbeitung.
• Schnittstellenarbeit: Beratung der internen Abteilungen (Entwicklung, Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement) bei Deklarationspflichten neuer und bestehender Produkte.
• Prozessoptimierung: Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der internen Spheros‑Standards zur Stoffdeklaration und Datenqualität.

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen, Chemie, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung.
• Fundierte Praxis‑Kenntnisse im IMDS sowie im Bereich Material Compliance (REACH, RoHS, GADSL).
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Automobil- oder Nutzfahrzeug‑Zulieferindustrie wünschenswert.
• Sicherer Umgang mit IMDS‑Datenbanken, ERP‑Systemen (SAP) und den gängigen MS‑Office‑Anwendungen.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Eine strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
