Implementation Manager

Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and industry-leading outsourced partner. We've specialised in providing professional and managed services to OEMs, system integrators, and financial services providers globally as well as IT and Telco companies for over 26 years.

We are looking to bring on board Implementation Manager to support a leading global telecommunication vendor . This is going to be a employed contract position based in Germany (Frankfurt) .

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate ASPs delivering site implementation activities.
• Monitor performance, quality, safety, and project deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with customer standards.
• Oversee end-to-end site implementation from assignment to final acceptance.
• Track site progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion.
• Review and validate contractor and supplier invoices against completed work and contractual agreements.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, escalations, and performance KPIs.

Key Requirements

• Experience in telecommunications deployment, rollout, or site implementation management.
• Knowledge of mobile networks (4G/5G) and site delivery processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors/ASPs.
• Understanding of quality assurance and invoice validation processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
