Industrial Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced technical sales professional looking to build something from the ground up?

We're partnering with a market-leading manufacturer of high-end imaging and measurement technology that is launching a brand-new Industrial Sales division. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing market, develop long-term customer relationships and help shape the commercial strategy of an internationally recognised technology business.

Working closely with Product Management, Development and senior leadership, you'll introduce cutting-edge optical measurement and inspection systems into industrial environments across the DACH region.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the industrial business across Germany and the wider DACH region
• Identify and win new customers within manufacturing and industrial markets
• Sell complex, high-value optical measurement and inspection systems
• Advise customers throughout the entire solution-finding and purchasing process
• Understand customer measurement challenges and recommend the most suitable technical solutions
• Work closely with Product Management, Development and Application Engineering on customer projects
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Build long-term strategic customer relationships rather than transactional sales
• Gather market feedback to support future product development
• Travel regularly to customer sites across the DACH region

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years' experience in B2B technical sales within an industrial environment
• Proven success selling complex capital equipment or technical solutions
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to discuss sophisticated engineering products
• Experience in industrial measurement technology, metrology, scientific instrumentation, imaging systems, automation or similar sectors is highly desirable
• A proactive business development mindset with a passion for winning new business
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany and the DACH region
