Influencer Marketing Manager

In this role you will lead influencer partnerships across EU ecommerce, shaping the growth of Emma’s sleep brands. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, on‑brief campaigns that drive performance. You’ll analyze results and refine the influencer strategy to maximize impact. • Source and evaluate partner creators (nano to macro) based on fit and potential
• Manage budgets, contracts, and agency relationships to meet timelines and terms
• Coordinate briefs with Creative and Legal to ensure compliant activations
• Track campaign performance, derive insights, and feed learnings into strategy

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, communication, marketing or similar
• ≥3 years of proven influencer marketing experience
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong understanding of German social media platforms and audience behavior
• Data-driven, analytical mindset and ability to work independently on projects
