Infrastructure Project Management Specialist (m/f/d)

*   Manage the operational roll-out of the "Clarity" project management tool within the T/TK division; coordinate implementation activities in close consultation with management and IT.
*   Coordinate, evaluate, prioritize, and synchronize change requests as well as new developments and enhancements regarding the software applications under your responsibility.
*   Lead implementation efforts—with primary responsibility for technical, scheduling, and financial aspects—in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
*   Ensure the creation, implementation, and further development of authorization and training concepts.
*   Create and maintain technical documentation in accordance with internal requirements.
*   Ensure continuous communication with relevant stakeholders.
*   Represent the software applications under your responsibility in relevant committees and regular meetings; manage interfaces with internal and external parties.
*   Handle special tasks; participate in or lead projects.

Personal Requirements (Education, Knowledge, Skills):

*   Completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences (or, in individual cases, proven equivalent qualifications)—preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Communications—with a strong affinity for project-related and IT-technical topics. xtyydxe
*   Professional experience in IT coordination, IT service management, tool roll-outs, or interface roles between IT and business departments is an advantage. Strong service orientation and customer focus
Proven experience and IT skills in a project management environment, preferably with applications such as Clarity, MS Project, or similar
Experience in aligning requirements with business units, IT, and management
Fundamental understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and governance structures
Business-fluent German and very good English skills
Confident and professional demeanor, powers of persuasion, assertiveness, and clear communication skills
Ability to prepare topics precisely, communicate them clearly, and translate them into business requirements
Strong initiative and resilience
Quick grasp of new concepts, objective and sound judgment, and the ability to prepare technical topics precisely, communicate them clearly, and translate them into business requirements
Willingness to pursue professional development
Suitability for screen-based work

Language skills

English Level B2 – Independent user
