Shape the future of HR in a hybrid SAP landscape

As our Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors you will take ownership of key HR applications, optimize global HR processes, and help shape the future of our HR technology ecosystem. Working across SAP SuccessFactors and integrated enterprise platforms, you will design innovative solutions, drive continuous improvements, and ensure a seamless user experience for our global organization. We’re looking for a hands‑on consultant with strong process expertise, a solution‑oriented mindset, and a passion for cloud‑based HR technologies.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HR and business stakeholders regarding SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design, implement and continuously improve HR processes and system functionality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Manage enhancements, releases, testing activities and solution adoption.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate external partners and ensure high‑quality solution delivery.
• Support process integration across SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Concur and ServiceNow.
• Contribute to governance, compliance and stable application operations.

Your Profile

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation or Learning.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in system configuration, testing and process optimization.
• Affinity for SAP cloud solutions and integrated enterprise applications.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to challenge requirements and transform them into practical solution designs.
• Structured, proactive and ownership‑driven working style.
• Fluent English; German is beneficial.
