Inside Sales and Customer Support Specialist – Automotive

• Coordinate and manage the deal pipeline in HubSpot
• Assist with scheduling, preparing, and coordinating online and telephone customer meetings
• Prepare sales materials and presentations
• Ensure smooth back-office operations, including CRM maintenance and quote preparation
• Provide organizational support to existing customers
• Assist with customer onboarding and inquiries
• Work closely with management, Support, and the Product team

Requirements

• Initial experience in inside sales, customer service, or a commercial/administrative role
• Confident using digital tools (e.g., email and Excel; ideally a CRM such as HubSpot)
• Friendly, organized, and reliable working style
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• No technical expertise required—we will provide thorough training
• Optional: Experience in the automotive or software industry
