We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager (m/f/x) that supports our global sales activities by providing centralized, operational, and commercial support to our Global Key Account Team. The role focuses on coordinating sales processes, supporting customer engagements, and ensuring efficient internal and external communication throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales teams with day-to-day inside sales activities across multiple markets
• Coordinate customer visits to headquarters, including agendas, materials, and internal alignment.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation, presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers during pre‑sales and commercial discussion.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, sales pipelines, and customer records.
• Coordinate internally with application engineering, marketing, supply chain, and other teams to support sales opportunities.
• Support sales forecasting, reporting, and internal communication.
• Ensure consistent and professional customer engagement aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or commercial support, preferably in the energy, industrial, or technology sector.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international, and cross‑cultural environment.
