Inside Sales Representative - EMEA

We are looking for a proactive, target-driven Inside Sales Representative – EMEA to join our high-performing regional sales team in Munich . This role is pivotal in driving regional pipeline expansion through proactive lead acquisition , targeted account outreach , and opportunity qualification .

Working directly with regional sales leadership, you will take ownership of early-stage prospect engagement, execute outbound cold calling campaigns, and generate high-value sales leads to directly support and increase end-customer visits for our Global Account Managers (GAMs) and 2D Business Development Managers (2D BDMs).

• Direct Sales & Team Alignment: Partner directly with Global Account Managers (GAMs), 2D Business Development Managers (2D BDMs), and Territory Managers to qualify prospects and secure on-site or virtual end-customer visits for the direct sales team.
• Outbound Lead Acquisition: Execute proactive prospecting strategies, including 20–30+ daily outbound calls, cold outreach, and follow-ups to generate new sales leads across the EMEA region.
• Lead Qualification & CRM Management: Receive, qualify, and track incoming leads across multiple channels; maintain accurate pipeline metrics, account profiles, and opportunity updates in the CRM system.
• Sales Support & Opportunity Facilitation: Partner closely with Territory Managers, Key Account Managers, and Field Application Engineers to transition qualified leads into active field sales opportunities.
• Customer & Prospect Engagement: Manage relationships with small to mid-sized accounts, respond to customer and distributor technical inquiries, and provide product recommendations tailored to client applications.
• Product & Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LMI’s 3D sensor portfolio, competitor positioning, and key industrial automation market trends.
• Event Support: Attend regional industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required (up to 10% travel).

Education & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of successful ins,000ide technical sales, sales development (SDR/BDR), or customer-facing technical support experience within a B2B technology sector (industrial automation, machine vision, software, or hardware sensors preferred).
• Proven experience with high-volume outbound calling, lead qualification, cold prospecting, and building pipeline momentum.
• Post-secondary education in a technical discipline, engineering, or business administration with a strong affinity for hardware/software solutions.
• Native or fully fluent written and spoken German; professional working proficiency in English is required.
• Hands‑on experience navigating modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems, along with proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills; self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and strong organizational capabilities.
