In this role you will support our internal sales team in Germany with a focus on Water and Heating/Cooling solutions. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient order flow while delivering high service levels and supporting strong collaboration across teams.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will gain broad exposure to sales operations and cross-functional collaboration. You will experience a high degree of freedom to act and take ownership, with the opportunity to make your mark by shaping ways of working while contributing directly to team success and customer satisfaction.
With direct reference to the Internal Sales Manager, you will become part of a collaborative and customer-focused team supporting our commercial activities in Germany.
We are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor who is ready to take ownership of the order handling process and contribute to high customer satisfaction. You achieve this through a structured and service‑minded approach, where you take responsibility for your tasks and understand the value of good communication.
As we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English and German.
