Main tasks & focus areas

• IT strategy & vision
• Prioritization and clean-up of the IT project portfolio and its execution
• Stabilization and optimization of the existing organization, fluctuation reduction
• Establish service portfolio and business enablement
• Development and tracking of KPI's conforming to management standards
• Finalize demand management organization

Track record

• 5 years experience as Head IT or CIO in a decentralized international organization, with IT HQ in CH, in producing industry
• Leadership experience > 40 FTE's
• Budget responsibility > CHF 25 million
• Residence switzerland
• Office: area of german-speaking switzerland
• German and english fluent
• Ing. and Business Administration combined with Computer Science degree (Uni, od. FH)
