You will support our team in designing and implementing change processes that drive our organization forward. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the conception and preparation of workshops – from agenda setting to material creation. You will gain insights into workshop moderation, including for leadership teams, and contribute your creativity to the development of concepts for leadership and team development. With your teamwork skills, strong communication, and proactiveness, you will quickly become a valued member of our team.
