The bank operates specialist investment funds across real estate and other alternative asset classes.The Hamburg-based Real Estate team is hiring an Investment Manager to oversee the full lifecycle management of a real estate debt fund. The role encompasses four core areas: investment and transaction management, including identifying eligible credit engagements and preparing investment proposals for capital deployment; fund and product management, serving as the central interface between internal teams, the AIFM, auditors, and external service providers; loan servicing and credit management, including covenant monitoring, loan extension management, and subsequent drawdown processing; and reporting and valuation, covering quarterly investor reports, regulatory submissions, NAV calculations, and audit coordination.Candidates should have a strong background in real estate finance or debt fund management, with hands-on experience in fund operations, credit monitoring, and regulatory reporting under AIFM frameworks. Familiarity with financial modeling, NAV processes, and investor communication is expected.
