IT Administrator, IT Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support our clients in consulting, planning and implementing complex network projects
• Administration and configuration of Windows IT infrastructures
• Troubleshoot and analyze faults in our clients' IT infrastructures
• Carry out complex IT projects at client sites
• Configure and maintain IT security components
• Analyze and resolve incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Virtualize server environments with VMware and/or Hyper‑V
• Administration of Microsoft® Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and Microsoft® 365
• Network administration (routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, certificates, monitoring)
• Administration of Office 365 server applications, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in an IT‑related field, or several years of practical IT experience
• Broad general IT knowledge and very good technical understanding
• Friendly and professional demeanor, both externally and internally
• Efficient and reliable working style
