IT Administrator (m/f/x) - part time

We’re now looking for a hands‑on IT Administrator who will ensure smooth daily IT operations and take ownership of data security, compliance, and inventory management across our growing organization.

Activities

• Manage and maintain onsite IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network devices, and audio/visual systems).
• Provide technical support to employees (macOS, ChromeOS, mobile devices, hybrid meeting setups).
• Handle inventory and asset management – laptops, peripherals, accessories, and software licenses.
• Work closely with external partners to support data security and compliance topics during ISO27001 and TISAX audits.
• Create and enforce IT and security policies.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external service providers.
• Ensure smooth IT onboarding/offboarding and user access management.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and stay ahead of potential issues.
• Support sales team on security questionnaire for potential customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IT administration or a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of macOS and ChromeOS administration, networking, and security concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Jamf and Apple Business Manager (or strong interest in mastering these tools).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems.
• Knowledge of data security frameworks and ISO certification (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Proven record of inventory management and IT asset tracking.
• Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
• Reliable, organized, proactive and service‑oriented mindset.
• Part time but work 5 days per week.
