• Design and develop infrastructure solutions across multiple services with emphasis on efficiency, stability, and cost optimization
• Support Service Owners in evolving services within the overall IT landscape
• Act as the central interface between Infrastructure, Application/Development Teams, and Enterprise Architecture
• Collaborate with service providers on technical designs, guiding decision-making
• Ensure changes enhance overall user experience, not just individual services
• Drive standardization and integration within a global multi-provider environment
• Work across domains such as Workplace, Global Service Desk, Smart Network & Connectivity, Hybrid Cloud, IAM and Security

• Several years of experience (approx. 3+ years) in IT infrastructure, architecture, or a comparable role
• Broad technical understanding with ability to identify dependencies across services
• Experience in complex IT environments, ideally international and multi-provider
• Ability to balance technical detail with strategic perspective to steer initiatives
• Strong communication and influencing skills to align diverse stakeholders
• Structured and pragmatic working style focused on practical results
• Fluent German and English language skills
