IT Product Manager Senior (m/f/x)

As a Product Manager for BMA applications at ERGO, you ensure secure, stable production runs and financial accountability for your portfolio. You’ll oversee offshore support, manage incidents and enhancements, and drive KPI-driven service improvements. You mentor junior PMs and uphold governance and controls across applications. • Manage BMA applications for the ERGO Organization, ensuring secure production and responsible product costs.
• Oversee internal and external offshore support for incident, service request, and enhancement handling.
• Monitor incident volumes and KPIs, implementing improvements to sustain stable service delivery.
• Ensure compliance-related recertifications and verify products run according to requirements.
• Provide guidance and technical/process expertise to junior Product Managers and empower teams.
• Maintain governance of processes and controls across all applications with financial accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with AMS customer needs and business goals.

• University degree in IT or business information management or equivalent qualification
• 7+ years of IT product management or similar
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Oracle, SQL
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
