As an IT Specialist at Fotografiska Berlin, you will play a key role in ensuring that technology seamlessly supports our exhibitions, events, and daily operations. Working at the intersection of IT, AV, and a dynamic cultural environment, you will report to the IT / AV Manager of Fotografiska Berlin and create reliable, intuitive systems that enhance both the visitor experience and internal collaboration. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with ownership and a strong service mindset, contributing to a space where technology enables creativity, hospitality, and operational excellence.

Technical Expertise

• Proven hands‑on experience supporting professional audiovisual systems in dynamic, live, and guest‑facing environments.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, workplace technology, and end‑user support.
• Experience with mobile device management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Apple device administration across macOS and iOS environments.
• Confident managing the full device lifecycle, including enrollment, configuration, compliance monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based collaboration platforms and enterprise identity and access management systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, particularly in fast‑paced, public‑facing environments where reliability is critical.

Ownership, Leadership & Collaboration

• Experience taking ownership of a local technical environment or venue, ensuring end‑to‑end operational stability across AV and IT systems.
• Calm, structured, and solution‑oriented approach when making decisions in high‑visibility situations.
• Clear communicator who can translate technical topics for non‑technical colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong collaborator who works effectively with both global technology teams and local operational teams to deliver seamless support.
