IT Systems Engineer(m/w/d)

Your Role:

As a core part of our Customer Projects and Support (CPS) Team in Düsseldorf you will ensure our customers receive exactly the service they need to meet their expectations and build communication architectures (servers, networks, security) remotely as well as onsite with our customers. Your role therefore involves both technical expertise and people skills to implement successful, up-to-date, and sustainable solutions.

Your Profile:

With at least 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer under your belt, you are an allrounder when it comes to server architectures (Cloud Virtualization Environment, Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper‑V/Xen), networks (FW, routers, etc.), and security applications (SD‑WAN, Zero Trust solutions, etc.). You possess considerable expertise in hardware (Dell, Fujitsu, HP etc.), and in TCP/IP, cloud services, Windows, data security, certifications, network settings (CCNA) and backup technologies. Ideally, you might also be an experienced project manager or have an interest in becoming one. To make things perfect, you have a business‑fluent or (near‑) native command of English. If you know (a bit of) Japanese or German, even better.
