Position Overview:

Axiom is hiring Commercial/Corporate Paralegals to support various clients across multiple industries. This role involves working on complex commercial agreements while collaborating closely with business and sales teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position offers flexibility in terms of work arrangements depending on client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on complex commercial contracts
• Handling agreements such as:
  • Services and consulting agreements
  • Licensing agreements
  • Content agreements
  • Software development contracts
  • SaaS agreements
  • SLA and e-commerce agreements
• Supporting sales and business teams on time-sensitive projects
• Managing multiple contracts and transactions simultaneously
• Providing commercially sound legal input in a fast-paced setting

Eligibility:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a commercial law environment
• Strong academic background
• In-house legal experience preferred (including secondments)
• Strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skillsMust have the legal right to work in the UK
