Crisis24 is a global organization specializing in security, risk management, and medical services. The legal team operates across multiple jurisdictions including the UK, Europe, the US, and Singapore, supporting a highly regulated and operationally complex business environment.

Position Overview :

This role is designed for an experienced paralegal who can independently manage the full contract lifecycle. The position involves close collaboration with Legal Counsel and cross‑functional teams such as Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Operations, offering exposure to international commercial legal work.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS, vendor contracts, licensing agreements)
• Managing the full contract lifecycle (intake to execution, renewal, and closure)
• Translating business requirements into clear contractual terms (SLAs, KPIs, pricing, deliverables)
• Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks (liability, indemnities, compliance)
• Supporting corporate governance and improving contract management processes
• Developing templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks
• Assisting with employment law matters, disputes, and litigation support

Eligibility :

• 3–4+ years of experience in a law firm or in‑house legal team
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, and legal management systems
