(Jr.) Content Marketing Specialist – (m/w/d)
Wolters Kluwer’s AI workspace Libra, built by legal professionals, offers intuitive, secure tools for legal workflows. As a Jr. Content Marketing Specialist you will create and manage content that engages customers across all touchpoints, from CRM campaigns to blog articles, social media, and in‑app communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage email marketing end to end, from creation to send.
- Support the marketing team in producing content across formats, including blog articles, newsletters, social media posts, in‑app communication and Libra Academy materials.
- Translate ideas and briefs into clear, engaging content that speaks to our customers.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across all content and channels.
- Schedule posts and maintain the content calendar across channels.
- Track content performance and use insights to refine future content.
- Support the implementation of our SEO and content strategy and contribute to SEO‑optimised copy and content.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams.
Qualifications
- First experience in content marketing, ideally within SaaS or other B2B environments.
- Strong writing skills with a good feel for tone across different formats and channels.
- Familiarity with email marketing and social media marketing tools is a plus.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple content pieces at once.
- Full professional fluency in English; German fluency is a nice‑to‑have.
- Proactive, hands‑on mentality and genuine curiosity about legal technology.
- Location: Berlin based.
