Junior Consultant, Software Rollout & Customer Success

Stellenbeschreibung:

You independently support the implementation of our software solutions with our customers in automotive retail — from kick-off to successful go-live.
You manage the project phases, keep timelines in view, and bring all stakeholders together.
You actively participate in agile sprints, use tools like Jira, and act as the customer’s voice in the development process.
In Customer Success you stay engaged with your customers after go‑live and ensure they get the most out of our software.
You identify where processes can be improved — and actively help shape our solutions.

Requirements

You have a completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar) or vocational training with relevant professional experience.
Initial experience in consulting, project management, customer success, or software rollouts is a plus.
You communicate clearly and empathetically — and are comfortable interacting at management level.
You work in a structured way, are enthusiastic about agile software development, and not only get things started but also drive them to completion.
You take responsibility and ownership without needing to be asked.
Advantageous: You are familiar with aftersales or service processes in automotive retail — but not required; we will teach you the rest.
