Junior Customer Onboarding Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Gather and document client requirements and implementation objectives.
• Provide technical and operational support throughout implementation.
• Conduct training sessions and help users adopt the solution.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Analytical profile with experience in customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and AI, plus supply chain experience is an advantage.
