Junior Graphic Designer

We're on the lookout for a creative and resourceful Remote Junior Graphic Designer to become part of our expanding team. In this role, you'll partner with our Senior Graphic Designer to craft engaging, visually compelling designs for both digital and print training materials. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any location worldwide.

• Partner with the Senior Graphic Designer to produce eye‑catching designs for online and offline training resources
• Support the development of visual concepts and design layouts
• Generate graphics, illustrations, and other visual components for training content
• Guarantee that all designs adhere to our brand standards and maintain a uniform appearance
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and other promotional materials
• Keep abreast of industry trends and methods to enhance our design workflow and output

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent field
• 1-2 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a fast‑paced setting
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A robust portfolio showing a range of design projects
• Solid visual design abilities with a sharp eye for detail
• Good grasp of typography, color principles, and layout design
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Experience with e‑learning design is advantageous
