Responsibilities

• Contribute to a flawless client experience by managing payment, trading and client data processes
• Communicate with external partners, such as custodian banks and stock exchanges, to ensure alignment of stakeholder expectations
• Support the development of scalable processes and participate in projects with the Product and Engineering teams to support the fast‑paced growth of the business
• Execute time‑sensitive tasks to maintain full control of risk mitigation and reporting
• Challenge existing workflows and support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and scale operations effectively

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, finance, accounting, economics or an equivalent field
• Gained first‑hand experience at a bank, consultancy or equivalent and have an affinity for capital‑market products
• Ability to work in a time‑sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
• Attention to detail and enjoyment of working on innovative solutions using analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
