• Coordinate small to mid-sized projects across the Salesforce ecosystem from scope to delivery
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and assess impact before implementation
• Act as the key interface between business teams and technical development teams
• Track project timelines, risks and deliverables
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, requirements and changes
• Support collection and monitoring of KPIs to improve process transparency and stability

• Bachelor in Business Informatics
• First professional experience in project coordination or junior project management
• Experience with ERP systems or comparable process landscapes
• Familiarity with Salesforce; exposure to Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud is an advantage
• Strong documentation skills and ability to explain technical processes in business language
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
• Fluent English and German mandatory; Spanish is a plus
