Junior Regulatory Specialist

In this role you ensure regulatory compliance for food materials and products within the EU and international frameworks. You will work in Regulatory & Scientific Affairs to prepare documentation and manage data to support internal and external stakeholders. You’ll coordinate legal changes and communicate complex food law topics across departments. • Evaluate raw materials and products against European and international food law
• Manage data in the central SAP system
• Prepare mandatory documentation for internal and external customers
• Handle inquiries on food law for the assigned portfolio in a solution-oriented way
• Coordinate the implementation of legal changes with relevant departments
• Address subject-specific issues and disseminate information within the company

• Completed studies in food chemistry, ecotrophology, or a related field with knowledge of food law
• Initial experience in legal assessment of food products at an international company is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge (preferably SAP RD/EHS) is advantageous
• Very good written and spoken English; other languages desirable
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment and ability to find creative solutions
