(Junior) Revenue & Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a motivated and driven (Junior) Revenue & Pricing Manager (m/f/d) to manage and optimize pricing and yield strategies across a portfolio of markets in Europe. About the Role

• Own revenue and yield performance for a defined regional portfolio as the network scales
  
• Manage prices and set fare rules using the Revenue Management System, including pricing tests
• Monitor demand, competition, seasonality, and market dynamics to identify risks and revenue opportunities
• Provide cross-country analytical oversight and insights to support data-driven decision-making
• Support regional stakeholders with clear (ad hoc) analyses and recommendations
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and recommend commercial actions to improve results in collaboration with network planning and marketing
• Actively help shape the Revenue Management System itself, and provide feedback to improve processes and tools to drive operational excellence
  

About You

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar
• Work experience in pricing, yield management, revenue management, or analytics preferred
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a solid understanding of numbers and performance drivers
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus
• Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working independently within established frameworks
• Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Fluent in English, and strong communication skills
