Overview

Herchenbach is a leading European provider in warehouse‑as‑a‑service. We are looking for a dynamic B2B sales professional to drive new business and market development.

Responsibilities

• Focus exclusively on selling: cold‑acquisition, appointment setting, and after‑sales service handled by colleagues.
• Understand different industry business models, recognize customer needs, and demonstrate how our portfolio creates real value in the German market.
• Conduct approximately 160 customer meetings in the first year and advise clients on our warehouse‑as‑a‑service solutions, emphasizing leasing and sales.
• Collect requirements onsite, analyze them, and translate them into economically smart solutions without relying on a script.
• Achieve a 20 % conversion rate through thorough preparation and clear argumentation.
• Use CRM as a steering instrument: manage pipeline, forecast, and activities to maintain visibility and use data as a tactical board.

Qualifications

• Strong background in B2B sales, especially in industrial or logistics sectors, with knowledge of the German market mechanics.
• Personality that builds trust; excellent listening skills; customers feel heard.
• Numbers are a tool, not an obligation: KPI, pipeline‑management, and forecast skills are essential.
• Highly motivated and persistent; open to variable compensation as a performance‑driven playfield.
• Fluent in German and English; able to communicate confidently beyond basic English.
