Junior Scientific Relations Specialist – Gynecology MSL

Maintain a high level of medical and scientific knowledge in Gynecology and build ethical relationships with researchers, physicians, KOLs, and other healthcare professionals
Gather strategic insights from the field and scientific events to support internal team strategies
Develop and deliver training sessions, lectures, and scientific presentations for commercial, medical, or multidisciplinary teams
Identify, organize, and conduct scientific events and continuing medical education activities
Collaborate on the company’s clinical research projects, investigator-initiated trials (IITs), and sponsor-initiated projects
Produce, review, and consolidate scientific materials, including congress results abstracts
Represent the Medical and Scientific Affairs function at national and international congresses, including at exhibition booths
Respond to scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals, integrating scientific data into clinical practice
Create, lead, and coordinate medical and strategic projects related to product pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle management
Partner with Marketing, New Products, Commercial, Market Access, Clinical Research, and related functions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
Advanced academic qualification, with a Master’s degree in Gynecology or Women’s Health
Experience in academic research or clinical practice in the healthcare field
Ability to critically interpret scientific literature
Knowledge of clinical research methodology and evidence-based medicine
Experience delivering lectures and scientific presentations to diverse audiences
Willingness to travel frequently within the country, approximately 70% of the time
Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
Valid driver’s license (Category B)
Doctorate and/or postdoctoral experience (a plus)
Experience in Gynecology or Women’s Health (a plus)
Participation in collaborative research groups (a plus)
Knowledge of scientific data analysis and generation of medical insights (a plus)
Previous experience in medical education or teaching (a plus)
