(Junior) Strategy Consultant - Bank Finance Transformation (m/f/d)

Join SAP Fioneer's L.I.F.T Graduate Program to shape finance and risk solutions for banking clients. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives within a global, growth-oriented software company. • Lead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banks
• Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and roadmaps
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and architecture teams
• Support client engagements from shaping to execution, including C-level interactions
• Create presentations and prepare for customer calls
• Contribute to internal capability building and team development
• Help define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering for banking clients

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Physics, Mathematics or a similar subject
• First experience in strategy consulting with strong analytical foundation
• Ideally experience in banking and understanding of industry dynamics
• Strong tech affinity and comfort with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms
• Familiarity with transformation programs, including process/operating model design and system implementation (plus)
• Risk management experience (plus)
• Experience with finance software, especially SAP and SAP Fioneer (plus)
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
