Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Your Responsibilities:

• Business & Strategy Development: You develop and expand new and existing business opportunities for MNOs, microwave providers, and critical infrastructure operators to drive long-term revenue and execute our strategic business plan.
• Contract & Negotiation Management: You independently lead complex contract negotiations and oversee commercial offerings, developing innovative pricing and deal strategies up to successful closure.
• Market Analysis & Business Cases: You identify new market potential through competitive analysis and create sound business cases and decision papers to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Project Lead: You steer complex commercial projects in close collaboration with internal teams like Legal, Finance, Commercial Management, Product Management, and Operations.
• Portfolio & Executive Relationship Management: You manage forecasts, revenue planning, and build long-term relationships with executive-level decision-makers to represent Vantage Towers.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in strategic key account management, business development, or complex B2B sales within the telecommunications, infrastructure, or connectivity industry.
• Technical Skills: Proven track record in structuring and negotiating complex commercial contracts, building business cases, and utilizing MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Strong strategic customer relationship management skills, executive presence, high analytical competency, and excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Language Proficiency: Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (CEFR C1 level minimum).
