Launch Operations Engineer - Process & Coordination (m/f/d)

In this role you will help transform campaigns into repeatable, scalable operations across global launch sites. You’ll coordinate campaigns, refine processes with the operations team, and shape how our multi-site launches come to life. You’ll ensure readiness, drive operational improvements, and feed field experience back to engineering to enhance system design. This position offers a chance to influence the future of international launch operations and work closely with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Coordinate launch and stage acceptance campaigns with all involved teams, reviews, and mandatory documentation to ensure readiness
• Improve and develop operational processes for future campaigns with the operations team in Germany and at launch sites worldwide
• Contribute to shaping multi-site launch operations as the cadence grows and more sites come online
• Feed flight experience back into engineering to continuously improve system design
• Maintain clarity and performance in high-stress, long-duration operational settings

• 3-5 years of experience in the space sector or a comparable high-stakes environment
• System-level technical understanding of launch vehicles and their subsystems
• Autonomy and a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in multidisciplinary troubleshooting and cross-functional coordination
• Ability to operate in high-stress, long-duration settings with strong organizational discipline
• Willingness to travel to global launch sites for multi-week campaigns
• Fluent in English
