YOUR ROLE

To oversee and manage the end-to-end bid process for high-value IT consulting solutions for the Public Sector. Critical in driving our growth strategy by ensuring the timely delivery of compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals.

  • Bid Leadership: Own and lead the full lifecycle of bids, from opportunity qualification through to submission and post-bid reviews.
  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to define win strategies, value propositions, and pricing models.
  • Proposal Development: Manage the creation of high-quality, tailored proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine bid processes, templates, and knowledge management systems to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central point of contact for all bid-related communications, both internally and with external partners or clients.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with bid commitments, timelines, and compliance.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Min. 5 years of experience in bid/proposal management in IT Consulting and Technology Services.
  • Strong understanding of Public Sector procurement processes and experience with complex European Institutions Public Tenders.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in navigating on Terms & Conditions Public sector and risk management.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and proposal automation platforms (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio).
