Lead Systems Analyst – Epic Radiant, Cupid

Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned analysts, including prioritization of work and coordination of resources
Review and resolve identified issues, risks, and escalations
Report progress, status, and issue escalations to the Application Manager
Coordinate system design, build, testing, training, and go-live activities with other team leads
Provide leadership and best-practice build standards for Connect Hope Epic applications
Lead Application Analysts under the direction of the Application Manager
Plan and oversee team work activities, resource coordination, and meeting plans
Ensure timely completion of project plans, design documentation, build audits, testing plans and scripts, training curriculum, and activation plans
Support operational and project work streams
Ensure deliverables comply with the City of Hope governance structure
Ensure ticket submissions are complete, thorough, and assigned in a timely manner
Escalate unresolved issues to the Application Manager and across teams
Communicate work-plan status for tasks, issues, and risks
Ensure best practices, thorough testing, coordinated changes, and cross-team impact management
Participate in team meetings and ensure timely team decisions
Onboard and instruct newly hired team members on Connect Hope Epic policies and procedures
Ensure team adherence to processes
Collaborate with teams within and outside of ConnectHope
Perform Epic application build assignments
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree; experience may substitute for minimum education requirement
8+ years of experience in systems analysis or 5+ years of healthcare Information Technology experience, including 3 years of Epic build experience
One (1) year of leadership/mentorship of a team, task force, project or assignment, or combination thereof, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead others
Relevant Epic Module or newly obtained Epic certification within six months of employment
For internal COH candidates, Epic certification shall be obtained within 9 months of transferring into the Epic project

Core Competencies

Demonstrates extensive experience in overseeing application build processes, team leadership, and project management within healthcare IT, particularly with Epic applications. Proficient in coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with governance structures, and implementing best practices for system design and testing.
