Lead Analyst, Business Integration Testing, Individual Dental Operations

Lead development, execution, and validation of user acceptance testing scripts
Coordinate testing for strategic business and government-related initiatives
Identify risks, plan mitigations, and resolve issues
Conduct regression and integration testing for dental vendor partners
Communicate testing outcomes, recommendations, and findings to business stakeholders and Product Owners
Analyze operational processes and performance data to identify productivity, cost, and business outcome improvements
Maintain and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, and communications
Support annual go-to-market readiness activities
Manage testing workloads, prioritize deliverables, and develop action plans
Build relationships with internal partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Perform defect identification, root-cause analysis, test execution, and communication of testing results

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Three to five years of experience in a healthcare environment
Experience supporting Individual & Family Plans (IFP) operations preferred
Healthcare operations background in benefits, eligibility, claims, or related disciplines preferred
Home internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working at home
