Leadership Development Lead (Fully Remote)

• Serve as the Leadership Development point of contact for assigned regions, providing guidance and support to leaders.
• Mentor approximately 15–20 leaders through regular one-on-one coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate region-specific people operations activities and participate in scheduling reviews.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience leading trips and/or mentoring field staff.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is desirable.
