Lead/Principal Process Intelligence & Supply Chain Transformation Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

As a Principal Value Engineer, you guide customers through data-driven transformation using Celonis Process Intelligence. You collaborate with sales, services, and partners to translate objectives into value, craft use cases and demos, and drive adoption and renewal. You work with senior stakeholders to secure strategic outcomes and scalable impact across industries. This role combines process expertise, consulting rigor, and platform-driven value realization to move customers toward lasting transformation.

• Identify and frame high-impact Celonis use cases from customers' strategic priorities
• Build demos and business cases using benchmarks to win new customers
• Lead value assessments or PoV projects and articulate roadmap to C-level stakeholders
• Facilitate value workshops, identify opportunities for process enhancements, and qualify improvements
• Present realized value to senior management and drive adoption and action
• Manage end-to-end customer value journey: landing, expanding, adopting, renewing
• Create strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide feedback to product teams to enhance Celonis platform and apps
• Collaborate with Celonis ecosystem partners and Services to scale value

• Analytical experience focused on extracting value from data, process improvement, and software deployment
• Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT/management consulting, or internal enterprise roles
• Knowledge of SAP or similar SaaS apps; experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards, apps, and action flows
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL; ability to collaborate with IT teams
• Experience identifying use cases for improvement and leading change initiatives
• Project management experience across multiple accounts and value journeys
• Executive stakeholder management with strong communication and presentation skills
• Industry knowledge in Finance or Supply Chain and experience with transformation initiatives
• Industry expertise across multiple sectors (manufacturing, automotive, consumer, retail, pharma, chemicals)
• Degree in a relevant technical/analytical field
• Experience in strategic transformation and cross-functional collaboration
