Senior Process Intelligence & Supply Chain Transformation Consultant - CPG/Retail

As a Senior Value Engineer, you help customers realize substantial value from the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You own the end-to-end value journey—from landing to renewing—working with sales, partners, and services to drive measurable impact in manufacturing and production. You translate strategic priorities into use cases, build demos and business cases, and lead value workshops for C-level stakeholders in German. • Land, expand, adopt, and renew customer value journeys end-to-end
• Translate customer objectives into value assessments or PoV projects
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks and best practices
• Run value workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver value
• Communicate value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
• Facilitate value-focused workshops to identify process improvements
• Derive improvement measures and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Present realized value to senior management and drive adoption and expansion
• Collaborate with Celonis ecosystem partners and internal teams to scale value
• Provide feedback to product development based on new use cases

• Experience in an analytical role focused on value realization through data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment
• Customer-facing experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with SaaS/Software or in-house data initiatives
• Knowledge of SAP, experience with RPA/BI tools, dashboards/apps, and proficiency in Python and/or SQL
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and managing multiple projects across accounts
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics
• Native-level or near-native German language skills for workshops and executive presentations
