Learning & Development Specialist, Sales Academy

Responsibilities

• Support the design, deployment, operations, and maintenance of comprehensive training programs for residential and business-facing sales channels.
• Report to the Head of Sales Academy and flex within the learning organization.
• Execute complex educational projects that improve sales readiness and overall performance.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery and execution of all Sales New Hire training and onboarding programs.
• Facilitate training sessions that drive engagement, skill retention, and behavioral change.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new hires and regional sales leaders to ensure training alignment with channel-specific goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain sales training content, playbooks, e-learning modules, and performance support tools.
• Manage, coordinate, and schedule external vendors and contract facilitators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or talent enablement, ideally supporting a Sales or Revenue organization.
• Proven ability to build comprehensive learning tracks from scratch using modern adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
