What you do

You will prepare and conductcourt hearings in employment law matters.
Youprovide legal support for HR projects, management, HR and supervisors in labor law issues and employment-related topics across the employee lifecycle.
You deal withcollective labor law issues and work closely with HR management toensure labor relations strategies andcompliance with legal requirements.
You support projects such as thenegotiation and drafting of works agreements in cooperation with the works council.
You are responsible forestablishing processes with the works council and the respective committees and ensure that these are legally compliant andaligned with company objectives .
You keep an eye on changes in employment law and works council practice and advise us onnecessary adjustments to policies and practices .
You support thetraining of the HR department and management regarding relations with the works council and changes in employment and law.

What you bring

You have adegree in law with at least a state examination or a comparable qualification, ideally with additional qualifications or certifications inHR management or employment law .
You already haveseveral years of professional experience in German labor law , including experienceworking with works councils , ideally in a corporate legal department or law firm.
You have strongnegotiation and mediation skills with experience in reaching agreements.
You are ateam player with aprocess-oriented andstructured way of working.
Your fluency inGerman and strong command ofEnglish complete your profile.
