Legal Counsel - Corporate & Commercial

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel - Corporate & Commercial Law to support commercial, contractual and corporate legal matters across an international business environment within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate law matters across international operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Support legal risk assessments and provide pragmatic legal guidance to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external legal advisors.
• Contribute to the development of legal standards, processes and governance frameworks.
• Support strategic projects, including corporate and business-related initiatives.
• Contribute to the optimisation of legal processes and modern working methods.

Your Profile

• Qualified lawyer with relevant legal qualifications and professional experience.
• Several years of experience within commercial or corporate law environments.
• Experience with international contracts and cross-border legal matters.
• Strong commercial awareness and solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in technology-driven and modern legal working environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
