Legal Operations Expert Surventis (m/f/d)

In this role, you will shape and operate Surventis’ global Legal & Compliance function, driving efficiency, budget management, and technology-enabled processes. You’ll lead transformation initiatives, including AI and digitalization, and develop knowledge and document management frameworks. You will coordinate resources and support organizational development within the department, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

• Develop and monitor the department budget and legal spend; manage outside counsel
• Oversee legal technologies, including contract lifecycle management and matter management systems
• Implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Lead legal transformation projects, including AI and digitalization initiatives
• Develop knowledge management and document management frameworks
• Coordinate resource planning and support organizational development within Legal & Compliance

• University degree in legal, business, technical or related field
• Several years of professional experience with at least 3 years in legal operations, project management or related roles; experience in international manufacturing environment preferred
• Proven experience managing processes and tools within a company
• Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail; able to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across cultures, functions, and geographies
• Excellent English communication; German or other languages a plus
