Logistics Leader (m/w/d)

As Logistics Leader, you will plan, manage, and continually improve logistics processes at the Putzbrunn 5 site and with connected providers. You will lead the local logistics team and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards while supporting the site’s logistics strategy and cost/performance goals. You’ll oversee warehousing, material flow, inventory, and production supply to secure reliable customer and plant supply. Your role blends cross‑functional collaboration with process optimization and audits, shaping a high‑performing logistics function. • Functional and disciplinary leadership of the logistics team and capability development
• Ensuring stable logistics processes across warehousing, transportation, material flow, and inventory management
• Planning resources, capacities, and staffing to meet team and business needs
• Creating and maintaining logistics process documentation per quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Representing logistics in internal/external audits and certification processes
• Managing logistics-related customer complaints with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Collaborating with production, planning, quality, purchasing, sales, finance, and external partners (logistics providers, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers)

• University degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of leadership experience in logistics
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and ERP, WMS, and TMS systems, preferably SAP
• Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills
• Team‑oriented, collaborative personality with a structured, solution‑oriented working style
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
