The Logistics & Operations team ensures the smooth execution of the TUM Business Game Heilbronn by planning the event timeline, coordinating materials, rooms, catering, and technical requirements. Members collaborate closely with all departments to manage on‑site operations and ensure a seamless participant experience.

This role suits organized students with strong decision‑making and communication skills. Experience in logistics or event coordination is helpful but not required.
