Manager, Contracts & Legal Operations (Fully Remote)

• The Healthcare Contracts & Legal Operations Manager will manage the review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements.
• This role serves as a key business partner to internal stakeholders, identifying contractual risks and improving processes.

Essential Functions and Tasks:

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including services agreements, vendor contracts, and HIPAA agreements.
• Assist attorneys with contract analysis, disputes, and risk management while improving legal support efficiency.
• Manage the contract lifecycle management system, including system build out, maintenance, and reporting.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or healthcare contracting.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in a healthcare or revenue cycle management environment.
