Product Manager, AI Exchange (Fully Remote)

• Drive the launch of the EBSCOhost AI Exchange platform, a marketplace for trusted content in the AI era.
• Shape MCP-based solutions to deliver EBSCOhost content into AI agents, making an impact on the research industry.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and gather market feedback.
• Engage with customers and publishers to understand needs and communicate product benefits.
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine business requirements and roadmap priorities.

Your Team:

• Report to the Vice President of Product Management and work closely with the Sr. Product Manager for AI Exchange.
• Join a customer-facing team of 30+ Product Managers driving business requirements across EBSCOhost products.
• Collaborate with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Satisfaction teams to deliver results.

About You:

• 0–2 years of product management experience with a passion for AI and MCP workflows.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to build credibility across the organization.
• Interest in the library industry and experience using MCP and AI agent skills preferred.
