Manager Corporate Audit - Sales, Marketing & HR (d/f/m)

In this Corporate Audit role at Henkel, you contribute to the Engagement Plan and execute audits and advisory work in line with IIA and DIIR standards. You identify risks and propose improvements to business and internal control processes, building strong relationships with auditees and driving collaboration. You analyze controls, translate gaps into findings, and craft high-quality reports, with timely remediation follow-up. You support internal improvement and digitalization initiatives, enabling stronger governance and efficiency. • Contribute to the Engagement Plan and execute audits/advisory engagements following IIA/DIIR standards
• Identify risks and propose improvements for business and internal controls
• Build positive auditee relationships and foster team collaboration
• Conduct interviews, control tests, and data analyses for assigned topics
• Translate gaps into findings and compile audit reports and working papers
• Follow up on remediation inputs and provide recommendations to Audit Group Lead
• Support internal improvement and digitalization initiatives

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field with focus on Sales, Marketing, HR or similar
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a multinational environment (external audit, internal audit or internal controls preferred)
• CIA is a plus
• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions and levels
• International mindset and ability to travel up to 40%
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
